So I finally got around to getting this uploaded. As mentioned in this post, this exercise was conceived to help with the MdDS and my propensity to feel like I’m falling backwards when sitting on a slanted seat.
I haven’t done it for a few weeks now since I blew out my eye coordination watching Avengers and then had an ear infection. I’m going back to the functional neurologist tomorrow and I can’t wait. I’m turning into a hunch back from the way I lean forward to balance!
